Georgia is a shy, unassuming sales clerk in a New Orleans department store. She lives a quiet life, meticulously documenting her dreams and recipes in a scrapbook titled "Possibilities." Her world is turned upside down when she is diagnosed with a rare, terminal brain condition and told she has only weeks to live.

Faced with her own mortality, Georgia decides to stop playing it safe. She cashes in her life savings and embarks on a luxury "last holiday" to the Grandhotel Pupp in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic.

As Georgia lives out her final days with boldness and grace, she finds the courage to speak her mind and pursue the things she truly loves. Meanwhile, back in New Orleans, her longtime crush and colleague, Sean, discovers the truth about her diagnosis and rushes across the globe to find her.
