Power reveals her cat, Meowy , was kidnapped by the Bat Devil . She strikes a deal with Denji: if he rescues Meowy, she will let him "cop a feel".

Upon reaching the Bat Devil's hideout, Power betrays Denji, knocking him unconscious and offering him as a "nutritious" human sacrifice to the Bat Devil to save her cat.

Motivated by his goal to touch breasts and a newfound empathy for Power's love for her pet, Denji transforms into Chainsaw Man to fight the massive, flying monster.

Makima explains that a devil’s strength is proportional to how much its name is feared (e.g., a "Car Devil" is stronger than a "Coffee Devil").
